Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with VineyardFresh Wine Preserver! 

We're very sorry that your order didn't work out. We stand 100% behind all VineyardFresh products and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. We will accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, for the lifetime of the product.

To return your order for a full refund:

  • If you just didn't like the product, return it to us for a full refund - no restocking fee and no preapproval required
  • If the product was defective, contact us for a no cost replacement (you don't need to return the defective product, unless we request it and send you a prepaid return label)
  • Please allow us up to 2 days to process your returned order, upon receipt at our location
With any return, we'll work with you to correct the error and resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Please contact us and let us know what happened.
