We guarantee your satisfaction with VineyardFresh Wine Preserver!
We're very sorry that your order didn't work out. We stand 100% behind all VineyardFresh products and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. We will accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, for the lifetime of the product.
To return your order for a full refund:
- If you just didn't like the product, return it to us for a full refund - no restocking fee and no preapproval required
- If the product was defective, contact us for a no cost replacement (you don't need to return the defective product, unless we request it and send you a prepaid return label)
- Please allow us up to 2 days to process your returned order, upon receipt at our location
